1Eligibility & Account Registration

5Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence of a system malfunction.

• Vip1 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the vip1 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during the KYC process.
• Money laundering through the platform or any activity related to illegal financing.
• Player collusion in table games or Live Casino to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of technical bugs or system vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Vip1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance purposes. In cases of legitimate account closure (not due to fraud), any remaining cash balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the vip1 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24–48 hours. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8Liability Limits

Vip1 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from the player's own internet connection failure or service disruption.
• Losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes determined by a certified RNG system.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers.

In all cases, the maximum liability of vip1 to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
